  • Free for orders over $99 AUD.

Shipping

Shipments are sent using a variety of carriers depending on your Australian or international location. After your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email.

We currently ship to most countries, this being confirmed when you checkout. We are based in Australia and do not control any duties/taxes that may occur to your package. You (the customer) will therefore be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days (when fulfilment providers are operating as normal) within Australia and 3-7 working days internationally.

We aim to process your order within 24 hours after which you will receive a confirmation email that the order is being shipped.

We have the discretion to charge the equivalent of $39 AUD for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order. If you change your mind about things you ordered, contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us at your own expense. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service.

    Returns

    You have the right to return a product and get a full refund (as per our refunds policy) or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used.

    There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note.

    When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost and are responsible for the goods. Please make the return traceable to keep track of it during transport.

    Contact our customer service before returning the product (they will provide the best return address), then send the product together with your receipt (or a note with your name and order number).
